Why should I support this event?
CACDC is a non-profit organization funded by various grants and individual support. However, since CACDC moved into their new facility June 2009, they have seen a steady increase for demand of services. They need community support to continue offering their free services and helping abused children in your community receive justice and healing. |

What is the Champions for Children gala?
This event held on February 20, 2010 will feature twenty chef stations where local community chefs and sports celebrities will serve exquisite cuisine while giving guests the opportunity for a personal photo experience. A live and silent auction will feature everything from sporting and airfare packages, to jewelry to restaurant certificates. Just when you think you’ve seen it all, one of DFW’s hottest party bands, Good Question, will take the stage to get guests on their feet and dancing all night long. All proceeds from this event benefit CACDC and will provide funding for the operation of the facility and their ongoing mission to provide justice and healing for abused children. |
